Kyocera has released the Kyocera Rise, its newest Android handset, featuring a four-row QWERTY slide-out keyboard and the Android Ice Cream sandwich operating system. The device is targeted at the budget market, running on a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU with 2GB of storage and 512MB RAM in tow.
