alman Khan on Wednesday appeared before the Rajasthan High Court in connection with the chinkara poaching case. His case has been referred to the judicial backlog, which means Sallu will be expected to stay away from the court's proceedings for the next five to eight years. 
"The high court will now hear his case in due course and he need not mark his presence before it till his turn comes for hearing," said Salman's lawyer H M Saraswat.
